Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho will return to Real Madrid one day, according to Spanish defender Alvaro Arbeloa.
In 2013, the Portuguese left the Blancos after a disappointing season in which he failed to win a trophy and fell out with a number of high-profile players.
Arbeloa seems to have retained an affinity for the 52-year-old from their three-year spell together, and the right-back believes that Mourinho will find himself at the Bernabeu again in the future.
“There is a chance that Mourinho will return to Real Madrid in the future,” Arbeloa told El Chiringuito.
“I do not know when, but I do believe he could return one day.
“I do not agree with those who say he divided Madrid. I am a Mourinho fan. He knows what he wants and is always straight and honest. He does not have any fear.”
