Jamie Carragher has sought to relieve some of the tension surrounding his feud with Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho by making light of the situation on Twitter.
The Portuguese gave the 37-year-old and fellow Sky Sports pundit Graeme Souness both barrels this afternoon for their analysis after the Blues’ Champions League elimination to PSG on Wednesday night.
Carragher, who regularly appears on Sky’s Monday Night Football show, took to social media tonight and joked that he is unlikely to grace the program alongside Mourinho any time soon.
Doesn't look like I'll get Jose on MNF!!

Mourinho’s side had courted criticism for the way in which they surrounded referee Bjorn Kuipers before the Dutchman sent off PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic on 32 minutes.
Neither pundit pulled any punches in their assessment of the incident, with Carragher labelling it as a “disgrace”, while Souness called it “pathetic”.
