Filipe Luis has rubbished reports that he is set to leave Chelsea this summer.

The out-of-favour left-back has struggled to displace Cesar Azpilicueta in his first season at Stamford Bridge following a £16 million switch from Atletico Madrid in July.

Consequently, speculation has mounted that the 29-year-old and Atletico share a mutual interest in reuniting in the off-season.

Blues manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly keen to use the Brazilian as a makeweight in a player-plus-cash deal for highly-rated midfielder Koke.

But Luis, whose contract in West London expires in 2017, says that he is fully focused on helping the League Cup champions add a Premier League title to the trophy cabinet.

“I’m just focused on Chelsea, on working hard and giving my best in order to end the season with another important and beautiful trophy,” he told the Daily Mail.

“Of course, everything can change in football, but I’m happy and have a three-year contract at Chelsea that I’d like to see out.”
