Chelsea have warned Petr Cech’s suitors that it will take a staggering £20 million in order to prise the veteran goalkeeper from Stamford Bridge, according to reports.

The 32-year-old has been usurped as the Blues’ number one for the first time in his 11-year spell in west London as Thibaut Courtois continues to impress.

Consequently, the Czech international, whose contract expires in 2016, is said to be frustrated over his lack of first-team opportunities and will consider his future this summer.

Cech, who has started four Premier League games, may have little option but to stay as the Daily Mail report that Jose Mourinho is unwilling to part with the shot-stopper for anything less than £20m.

If true, the asking price is likely to scare off his reported suitors, with Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain among those reportedly interested.

What say you? Are Chelsea right to demand such a steep figure for Cech? Let us know in the comments below.
