Eden Hazard is a good footballer. Fact. The Belgian cost Chelsea over £30m in 2012, and has been a massive hit at Stamford Bridge since. Although he hasn’t quite grabbed global headlines just yet, the 24-year-old has said in the past that his goal is to win the Ballon d’Or – the prize given to the best player on the planet over each calendar year – which puts him in direct competition with Lionel Messi. The Argentine is on the three-man shortlist for 2014 – the award will be handed out on January 12th – alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Manuel Neuer, and although the Portuguese forward is the current holder, Messi scooped the prize in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Hazard has some way to go then, right? It would look that way, but if the award was handed out for FIFA 15 prowess, then the competition would be a lot tighter… This XBOX One advert shows that the Chelsea man is more than a match for ‘Little Lionel’, with his tricky style and eye for goal translating perfectly to the console version of the beautiful game.

Maybe you could take on Hazard and Messi for the biggest prize? Get together your leftover Christmas money and cure those January blues with a copy of FIFA 15, where you can control the best stars on the biggest stage of all.
