DEAL CLOSE : Mourinho eyes Drogba replacement in Serie A

The Blues have moved a step closer to the signing of Roma striker Mattia Destro, according to the TMW website.

Destro’s current club AS Roma have already identified the ‘gap filler’ in the shape of Shaktar Donetsk forward Luiz Adriano.

Mourinho is reportedly a big admirer of the Italian, and with Didier Drogba on his way out at the end of the season, Jose is keen to fill the void with Destro.
