Jose Mourinho confirmed that Chelsea fullback Wallace will be going out on loan this summer in order to gain experience and because he won’t be able to get a work permit, could Inter Milan be his next destination?

The Serie A club had been after Napoli’s Juan Zuniga but the rumours have gone cold and Wallace represents a cost effective alternative for the Italians.

His agent Federico Moraes has said that the player will likely make a move to Italy and said Inter would be a preferable option. He toldĀ FCInterNews TV:

“He should end up in Italy.

“My assistants are in London right now and there should be a meeting to discuss Wallace’s future. Chelsea are flying [to the USA] and he’s not just going to stay in London doing nothing.

“If [Inter] want him, then I think a deal can be done in an instant.”

The 19-year-old was impressive for the Blues during the club’s tour in Asia and has been tipped for a bright future, so he just needs a chance to sign and a move to Inter would benefit all concerned as long as he’s playing regularly.

But they’re not the only Italian clubs interested in a loan move for the right-back as both Roma and Napoli also hold an interest.
