thorgan hazardThorgan Hazard looks set to go out on loan again next season and will likely remain in Belgium, only this time with league champions Anderlecht.

The 20-year-old impressed during his time at SV Zulte Waregem, almost helping them pip Anderlecht to the championship and was rewarded for his fine form with a call-up to join his brother Eden in the national squad.

Anderlecht aren’t the only club that are keeping tabs on the attacking midfielder as Club Brugge and Racing Genk are also said to be interested in Hazard, but they do believe they have the best chance of signing him as they enjoy a good relationship with Chelsea.

Roger Vanden Stock fuelled speculation when he told Belgian newspaper Het Nieuwsblad:

“Thorgan Hazard? We have very good contacts with Chelsea.”

A move to Anderlecht would we a wise move for both Chelsea and Hazard as they’re not only the team to beat in the Jupiler Pro League but have qualified for the UEFA Champions League which could provide the player with much needed European experience.
