Chelsea will start the defence of their UEFA Champions League title on September 19th against Juventus at Stamford Bridge and have announced the squad to complete in the group stages of the competition.

The biggest omission on the list is Florent Malouda, who doesn’t seem to be a feature in Roberto Di Matteo’s plans and could be on his way out of west London amid interest from Ligue 1 club Lyon, his former club. The rest of the list is pretty much as you’d expect bar Lucas Piazon’s inclusion on the A-list and it’s great to see him there, he’s highly rated by the staff at the club.

How do you think Chelsea will fare on the road to Wembley in this season’s Champions League?
