The tabloid claims that Wigan chairman Dave Whelan will allow the 21-year-old to join the FA Cup and Champions League winners at Stamford Bridge for around £9 million, so all that’s left to sort out would be personal terms as well as a medical.
It is a move that could provide a great opportunity for the Nigerian forward who will be keen to impress in London, the city he in which he started his career with Crystal Palace, and hopefully he will have a successful time should he join us. Every signing is a risk and I’ve seen many say that they hope he’s not the next Shaun Wright-Phillips, who promised much but delivered little, although Moses doesn’t come with quite the same price-tag.
