London duo keeping tabs on Barca youngster

Arsenal and Chelsea are both interested in Barcelona youngster Gerard Deulofeu, according to the Daily Mail.

The 17-year-old recently made his debut in the Barcelona first team as he came on as a substitute in the 5-0 win over Real Mallorca last weekend.

However, Deulofeu reportedly has a £3.75m release clause inserted in his contract which would mean Arsenal or Chelsea could pounce this coming January.

It is believed Deulofeu wants assurances over his first team chances at the Nou Camp before deciding on whether a move to the Premier League would be wise.
