So it seems all but certain Guus Hiddink is ready to exit his post as Turkey’s boss and looks set to be heading back to the Bridge.

It appears Manchester United’s plans of bringing Wesley Sneijder to the club are up in smoke as Chelsea’s soon to be new gaffer has sparked a rivalry with Fergie before even touching English soil as he has indicated the Dutch maestro is his number one target.

With Scholes retiring, and Giggs nearing the end, the Champions have been heavily linked with Sneijder as the perfect replacement and are believed to be ‘confident’ of landing their man for £30 million.

According to Mirror Football Hiddink has urged Roman Abramovich to swipe the world cup star, even despite an on-going dispute over the £4 million compensation that the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) are demanding to relieve him from his duties as the Country’s head coach. You have to feel that’s peanuts for the Russian Billionaire to land his dream leader, and it will only be a matter of time.

An insider from the TFF said…

“Chelsea is too good an offer to turn down and the TFF understands this. We’ll understand he’s coached his last Turkey game – as long as Chelsea pay the compensation.”

The Daily Mail have also reported the Dutchman has told the club (Chelsea) to outbid Manchester United and City for his compatriot

The technical attacking midfielder is regarded as one of the best in the world and as the 26 year old superstar looks towards adding the premiership tittle to his already gleaming C.V that boasts three domestic titles in three different countries, a Champion’s league winners medal ,a World cup runner up, and on and on.

It looks as though a real dog fight is on the cards to offer the exciting talent a more appealing contract, but maybe the Dutch connection with Hiddink could prove vital in Sneijder’s decision. It is certainly looking likely he will be helping spearhead one of the two powerhouses to success next season, as he is set to leave Inter this summer.

Chelsea must get players who are in their early twenties, players who can stay for eight to ten years. Most players slow down after 30. Pastore at 21 or Modric at 25 would be the best option (though Pastore is over-priced). Sneijder at 26 isn’t bad, but is already at the wrong end of the twenties. All these are good play-makers. Then there is Chelsea’s main target Neymar who is only 19. Neymar is both a creative striker and a creative midfielder. He often attacks from the left wing, but can play in any position across the field. In fact he often swaps sides just to confuse the opposition. This means he could replace Malouda, Anelka, Kalou or even Lampard. He is good at breaking down defences, and providing perfectly weighted through-balls. He could work well with Torres or Drogba. He is always confident, something Chelsea often lacks, and an extremely exciting player to watch.

You guys really need to check out Lucas Moura from Sao Paulo, at the age of 18 he plays for Brazil’s first team, every game he puts on 100%, he has speed, vision, skill, stamina, strength etc, everything it takes to be a perfect midfielder/winger, he is unrecognised and made me very interested in the Brazilian league therefore i watch Sao Paulo only to watch such a great talent! he will be the next big thing and chelsea should offer for him now…. he will cost very little as he is still young and unknown. To be perfectly honest, he’s more entertaining to watch than Neymar.
