Carlo Ancelotti’s side will play Birmingham in the Premier League tonight as they look for a strong finish to the season, but away from Stamford Bridge, the Chelsea youth team take a 3-2 lead to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United in their FA Youth Cup semi-final second leg.

During the first leg Nathaniel Chalobah scored a brace which put the Blues ahead 2-0 in a first half in which they dominated.

But Manchester United improved after the break and Jesse Lingard hooked the ball in for the corner.

Bobby Devyne restored Chelsea’s two goal advantage, but it was short lived as United’s Paul Pogba headed in the final goal of the game.

Dermot Drummy will have youth captain Daniel Mills-Pappoe available as he has returned from suspension and Philip Prosenik.

Away goals do not count in The FA Youth Cup.
