The January transfer window is fast approaching…
January has been a notoriously mixed month over the past few years for Chelsea, with the Blues often forced into what can only be described as ‘panic buys’.
Players like Juan Cuadrado and Fernando Torres have come and gone, and whilst both achieved success with the Blues – their tenures cannot be described as anything less than abject failures.
Nonetheless, this January appears different for Chelsea. There is not any gaping holes in the first team, and any moves will likely be well thought out and decided upon well in advance.
One area that Conte should really look to improve is the Chelsea defence, and in particular – he should look towards Brazilian defenders.
Brazil as a nation are renowned for producing some of the world’s best players, and in recent years there have been a number of defenders that have come through the system.
With that said, Conte simply must sign these 2 Brazilian defenders in January – agreed?
