Another week, another victory for Chelsea…
If there’s any game that the Chelsea fans demand a win from – it is most definitely one against Tottenham.
Chelsea have been going fantastically so far this season, but games against the Lilywhites are often fiery and unpredictable games – as we saw last season.
Tottenham, who have been in poor form lately, always make the step up against Chelsea – and so Antonio Conte was undoubtedly expecting a tough game – and that is exactly what he got.
The Blues went 1-0 down early in the game, before an incredible effort from Pedro tied it up just before the half way mark.
Victor Moses popped up with the winner in the second half, as the Nigerian continued his fine rise to stardom on the right-hand side of the Chelsea defence.
It wasn’t Chelsea’s best performance, but it was a determined and committed performance from Conte’s men – and in truth, it was the performance of a champion.
