19-year-old Bertrand Traore is on loan from Chelsea at Vitesse, as are Josh McEachran & Wallace.
It was Traore who stole the headlines on Thursday 18th as Vitesse met Dutch giants Ajax at the Amsterdam Arena. Vitesse who sit 12th in the Eredivise smashed Ajax 4-0 and with all three Chelsea loanees starting.
Bertrand opened the scoring twenty-two minutes into the cup tie and he managed to net a second (and Vitesse’s third) on a counter attack as Ajax pressed in an attempt to get back into the tie.
