Luiz should by tried in midfield. He has great technique and good defensive thinking too. he can go forward and also keep in mind he has to return quickly to defend. He could be a better Mikel.
Midfield should be Luiz, Ramires, Malouda/lampard.
forwards Sturridge/Anelka, Mata, Torres. Defense: Terry, Ivanovic, Cole, Bosingwa.

I totally agree with the Commissioner on the year wait to enter the NBA. I wish it was 2 years but, 1 year is better than no wait at all. I think for most young men coming to the NBA from high school to pros is a vary hard adjustment. I think that if high school players would addened college for 2 year or more it help on maturity developing stills, that would miss out on if they went strait to the NBA.
