Chelsea are expected to complete a deal for Belgian youngster Kevin de Bruyne soon, but contrary to what has been previously reported, the midfielder will not be loaned to Anderlecht as part of the Romelu Lukaku deal.
The 19-year-old could be loaned back to Genk, his current club, but won’t be loaned to any other Belgian club next season, according to their Director Dirk Degraen, who said:
“We have spoken with Chelsea about Kevin de Bruyne and it could be a possibility they loan him back out to us.
“They will have to sign a clause that he could not be loaned out to Anderlecht or any other Belgian club.”
He added:
“In my opinion he can’t develop at Anderlecht. We have proven to be at least on the same level (as them).”

Well i think that decision solely depends on the scout who recommended the young star. His ability, skills, strength, experience and above all confidence matter a lot.
to ease Lukaku’s matter we can loan some of our good talent from the youth to Andherlecht instead Brune, we can loan Brune to Bolton to get more of a quality experience..
I think chelsea should loan him 2 Bolton or any premier league candidate then loaning him back 2 belgium.
chelsea should him to bolton or any premier league candidate is good for him get premiership experience
chelsea should loan him to bolton or any premier league candidate for him to get premiership experience
Chelsea dont appreciate what they have.after selling there talent from the youth team
Kevin to be our first team player, both youngstars n experienced to be in tne first team,
i prifere loaning him to sunderland bcs of dear partern of play.
It will be the very best for chelsea to loan him to a premier league side rather than in Belgium or again let him play in chelsea as I believe he ( Kevin ) can prove a POINT….
